Features:
1. Our 1100 lbs chocolate melting tank cocoa liquor melter has two independent automatic temperature control system. One is for control the temperature in hot water tank and water heating pipeline(melt the block, chips, etc); Another is for holding
temperature of melted chocolate mass .
2. Inner 4mm thickness SS304 stainless steel, outside carbon steel or 304 stainless steel for option.
3. Generally, our chocolate melting tank is cylinder shape. Depends on capacity, we can supply rectangle
shape too. Compared with cylinder melting tank, rectangle melting tank has better melting efficiency.
